My photo
Orlando/Melbourne, Florida
Me= Becky Morgan, from Melbourne but now live in East Orlando. Wife of a cancer survivor and the most wonderful man (everyone says that don't they?!), mother of my two angels Ava and Ashton, sister to a twin who is 6 years older than me (you're trying to figure that out aren't you?!), daughter to the weirdest parents I've ever met whom I owe everything to. I am addicted to coffee, thinks sugar and microwaves will kill us all (yet I eat and use them way too much!), say I am outdoorsy but freak out over bugs, spend way too much time on pinterest and other blogs (but don't we all), still dream of being a broadway star BUT most importanly have a passion for weddings and events that comes from deep within my sole! I love helping clients achieve their dream! After graduating from UCF's Rosen School of Hospitality I founded L.I.F.E. Events. We service clients throughout Florida including Central Florida and the Space Coast (Melbourne/Vero). We help design, create and execute every detail! Feel free to always email Becky@lifeeventsllc.com to set up an apt...over coffee of course :)

Don't forget about the video!!

Capturing the “in betweens”!

When choosing a videographer to record your wedding day, there are many things to consider. Go into your initial meeting with a potential videographer with all the information you'll need, including a list of questions to find out more about the videographer. Remember that videos catch the “in betweens” of everything- those priceless moments that a photograph can’t capture! Instead of a photo of you dancing with your father you can actually see the dance occur, have two cameras and you can relive the dance with your dad and see the expression on your mom’s face! Video along with an amazing photography team will have you reliving your wedding forever- what a gift!

First, think about the type of finished product you are hoping for. Do you want to hear the background noise of the video you are watching or do you want the video footage to be played to music? Do you want to have the videographer interview your guests individually and ask for their advice to the happy couple or would you prefer just a candid scan of your guests on your big day? These are important questions to think about when determining the style of your wedding video.

Second, how many videographers are needed for your day? Discuss the possibilities with the videography company you choose. The number of videographers that are necessary for your day are dependent on how many guests you invite, the style of wedding video you want, and the company you choose. For example, some companies prefer to have two videographers capturing different angles of your special moments at the same time and then compile all of the footage.

And last, but certainly not least, make sure you inquire about any additional items your videographer can make. A popular trend right now is to order a wedding movie trailer too! This movie trailer is a shortened highlight reel of the wedding video that lasts up to only a couple minutes. It’s the perfect length to show all of your friends and family over and over again.

If you have your photographer booked- don't forget to ask if they do video as well. Sometimes going through them saves you money and works out best as they know how to work together well to capture ever last detail without running into each other and stepping on each other's toes (literally!)!

Best of luck with your search!
